Who provides the service

The provider is KRV Web Studio (the trading name of the sole trader named on your invoice). Contact hello@krvweb.co.uk with questions about your website or these terms.

Your free demo

The demo is free and comes with no obligation to buy. You can see the work before deciding. If you turn it down, there is no invoice for the demo.

The website and payment

The standard website costs £499 once: £250 to start building your full site and £249 on the day it goes live. There are no monthly website fees. The standard offer is a one-page website with services, prices, photos, opening hours, directions and a connection to your booking system or an enquiry form.

The demo is sent within 48 hours. The full website is normally live within five working days after you decide to go ahead. Any additional work, price or change to the agreed scope will be confirmed with you before it starts.

Ownership, domain and hosting

The website is yours and the domain is registered in your name. Hosting and the first three years of your domain are included in the website price. After that, the domain renews at about £12 a year, paid directly to the registrar. If you want to move your website elsewhere, it can be handed over.

Changes and fixes

Two rounds of changes are included in the first 14 days. After that, small edits are £30 each. Fixes are free for the first year if something breaks.

Additional services

Marketing, booking setup, business email and extra pages are separate services unless included in your agreed order. Prices and any ongoing commitment are shown on the Marketing page. Ad spend and subscriptions for third-party services are paid directly to those providers, with accounts in your name.
